What is the Keyword Suggestion Tool?
Every time someone starts typing in a search box, the search engine suggests how to finish the sentence. Those suggestions come from what real people search most, which makes them one of the best free sources of keyword ideas.
This tool collects them for you. Type a topic once and it asks the search engine for every variation — your keyword followed by each letter of the alphabet, each number, question words, prepositions or buying words — and returns hundreds of real long-tail keywords, grouped and ready to export.
How to use the Keyword Suggestion Tool
- Type a topic, product or keyword — two or three words work best.
- Choose the search engine, country and language you want to rank in.
- Pick what to find: A–Z gives the widest list, Questions finds what people ask, Buying words finds commercial searches.
- Click Get suggestions. Use the filter box to narrow the list, and click ↳ next to any idea to dig one level deeper.
- Select the keywords you like and copy them, or download a CSV / TXT file.
Understanding your results
- Group heading
- The exact search that produced these suggestions (for example “email marketing b”).
- Bold part
- The words the search engine added after your keyword — usually the most useful part for content ideas.
- Unique suggestions
- All suggestions with duplicates removed across every group.
- Searches skipped
- Searches that were not sent because of the per-minute limit. Run the tool again in a minute to fill them in.
Troubleshooting
I get very few results
Use a shorter, broader seed (“running shoes” instead of “best lightweight running shoes for flat feet”), or switch to A–Z and 0–9.
The engine is “resting”
The search engine asked us to slow down. Results already found are kept; try again in a few minutes or switch to another engine.
Frequently asked questions
Are these keywords real searches?
Yes. Every suggestion comes directly from the search engine’s autocomplete, which is based on what people actually type. Nothing is invented by AI.
Does it show search volume?
Autocomplete does not include volumes. Suggestions are shown because they are popular, but the exact monthly volume needs a keyword data provider.
Can I use it for other countries and languages?
Yes — choose the country and language before you search. Arabic, Spanish, French, German and more are supported.
Is it free?
Yes. Guests get a number of free lookups every day; a free account gives you more, and paid plans remove the limit.
